We do not offer international shipping and are unable to process orders outside of the USA.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Service Questions
Before your facial do not exfoliate the skin or use any harsh retinol products at least 3 days prior. Try to stay out of the sun. Men should shave at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid irritation.
I don’t take walk-ins currently. By appointment only – you can email or book through my booking app.
Once a month is ideal as your skin cells turn over approx. every 28 days. Not all of our skin cells want to shed so it's important to get regular treatments in order to keep the health of your skin at its best.
After one facial you should notice a difference but long lasting results come from consist professional treatments and a good home-care regimen that work together to give you the best results.
I don’t recommend wearing makeup right after your facial but you can if you want or need to for any reason. It’s best to wait 24-48 hours if you can.

If you have been in for a treatment before you can get a facial the day before or even the day of but if you are a new client I recommend getting a treatment a week prior.
You want to wait two weeks after getting injections to make sure they are properly set. You can get a facial before you get your injections though.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Please call or email at minimum 24 hours before your appointment time. As a small business it helps us to have as much notice as possible in order to fill the appointment so we appreciate your understanding. Any no show or failure to reschedule in time will result in a 50% service charge.
Arriving to your treatment late may result in a shorter treatment time. This is necessary in order for me to stay on schedule and accommodate my next scheduled appointment. Shortened appointments will not result in a lowered price for your treatment.
If you are 20 minutes late to your appointment then your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled regardless if you’re on the way or arriving, should there be another booking following yours. Please be aware that this is considered a cancellation/no show and will result in a cancellation fee.
